The Yoga of Eating is a program developed by a yogini and nutritionist to facilitate reconnecting with your body and food. We will explore various stress management techniques including meditation, yoga asana, visualization, goal setting and journaling. Empower yourself to reach your goals while feeling deeply nourished and more at ease in your own skin. Each class will allow adequate time for journaling, meditation, asana, breathwork and questions. Rest assured that we will not weigh or measure ourselves – true health is not reflected by your waist or pant size! We meet three times for three hours each. Investment is $90 for three sessions – time commitment is three hours per session. Questions??
