Create the restorative version of Triangle Pose by adding a block next to the foot, either next to your big toe or outside next to your little toe.

Remember to breathe!  Whenever you find yourself feeling the pressures of the season, stop for 10 seconds.  Breathe into your belly, don’t worry about who’s watching, just breathe and count to five to inhale and five to exhale.
